Finalizing production and getting ready for Spiel

Dear backers,  

I wish to update you on what we did since Airlines got funded:  

Well, we worked tirelessly to finish EVERYTHING promised in time - and we did it!  

I managed to finish all SG production and put it inside the huge Limited Edition:  

• Solo game mode - checked! 
• Campaign game mode - checked! 
• Additional cards for the advanced game - Checked! 
• New Goal cards - checked! 
• New label sheet - checked! 
• New score pad - checked! 
• Very cool plastic insert - checked! 
• Plane player tokens - checked! 
• 5th player - checked! 
• Suitcase meeples - checked! 

I know you guys were patient and I hope that the hard work to make game better, will pay off when you see my final creation. 

 I wish to thank all of my GEG team for doing it again - making a senseless and ambitious deadline - a proven reality yet another year!  

Spiel 2016:

We are very excited to take part in our 5th Spiel (Hall 1 D143). We are flying in a very limited amount of copies - so we can fulfill backer’s pledges and so we can market the game in the biggest convention for board games. 

Also, we are planning to announce 3 new games for 2017 - and we hope that you will be there to see why are we so excited. 

Fulfillment - Stage 2: 

We will continue forwarding the finished games (after Spiel) to our warehouse (US) and to our partner’s location across the Globe: 

• US - Amazon
• Australia - Etherworks 
• Canada - Snakes and Lattes 
• Germany - Happyshops 

Each copy of Airlines will be posted locally via our partners. 

We hope to finish this grand fulfillment stage with one clean shipment that will end by the end of this year (as planned). 

Finally, I wish to thank you guys (and ladies) for answering the BackerKit surveys with haste and for purchasing more of our games (add-ons) - it means a lot. As an Indie game publisher - GEG is heavily based on the support of fans like you. 

YOU are the reason why we can make more games in the future years to come. Please continue and support Indie game developers and publishers, as our hobby is starving for more unique games.

Surveys and Production update #2

Production update

The production of Airlines is coming along smoothly. The miniature airlines look great and we will be receiving alpha prototypes next week.

We will have a limited number of Airlines available in time for Essen Spiel 2016!

Update #10: Funding ended - All SG unlocked!!

Dear Backers,  

I am so happy to see how we funded yet another game of mine!!! 

We managed to unlock ALL SG with 433 BACKERS!  

I took a full day off to rest and spend some time with my family - so I could calm down and gain some more energy and focus my workload towards fulfillment !!!  

A small gift from GEG  

I decided to include the $32,500 SG - a luxurious transparent token to replace the Round marker with every Limited Edition of “Airlines”! 

You guys made it happen for us - and I am here to give something back :)  

BackerKit  

I will setup BackerKit account for Airlines at the start of next week - where I will offer backers the option to upgrade their pledge levels or even get some very cool games from our amazing catalog. 

Some of those add-ons will be available only in specific regions - please check availability before adding those games.  

Limited Edition  

Well, as you may have figured we will only print 1000 copies of this very special Limited edition. We will offer some copies at Spiel and future conventions and we will offer 100 copies over BackerKit till mid September. You and those lucky buyers will be the only ones to own this unique version of my game.  

Fulfillment stage:  

I am entering a very intensive production and proofing phase - I will devote my time to make Airlines the best game I can. I will try to answer as fast as I can, but please understand that I will be less available due the workload.  

As a very small indie publisher - your kind support is valuable and gets our unique games to see publication - without each one of you - my voice would have never been heard.  

I can say proudly that I made 433 new friends and I owe you dearly.

Update #9: New SG unlocked - 5 new Building cards!

Dear Backers,  

We have had a great funding pace for the last few hours - and we just passed the $27,500 mark and we just unlocked another SG:  

5 New Building cards!  

I will add to each Limited Edition copy a brand new set of 5 cards. This set (one if each color) will add a new passive ability for the Airline that will construct it. You can add these cards to the existing deck (for a longer game) or deck build it and replace an existing building to get a new gameplay experience.  

Next SG - Plastic Insert !!  

Each copy of the Limited Edition will get a brand new Plastic insert This new Insert will hold the decks of card and the rest of the tokens in their place comfortably in the bottom of this massive box.  

Upcoming SG - $32,500 :  

I just added a really cool SG - a new Transparent round token.  

This luxurious Round Token (replacing the cardboard token) - added to each Limited edition copy.  

Last 4 hours (!!!)  

This is it - this is our last few hours - I hope that we can get enough backers to unlock our last few SG - so every backer will get the copy I envisioned for you.

Another SG unlocked - New Plane Stickers

Dear Backers,

The last few hours has turned into a funding frenzy, we already unlocked another SG  - and we might unlock the next one in the upcoming hour.

Unlocked SG - New sticker sheet - Unique Plane decorations  

Each player will get a unique set of stickers that he can apply to his Tail section - so you can distinguish and personalize your airliners. This new set of stickers will be available only for the Limited edition (Mogul pledge level and up).

Next SG - 5 new Building cards  

You decided to go ahead and add 5 new Building cards as the next SG.

The new building will offer a brand new special ability that you can add or switch with existing building. Will be added to each copy of the Limited Edition.

Upcoming SG - Plastic Insert

This is a brand new customize Plastic insert that will fit the Limited Edition box and will enable to store tokens and cards on the bottom of this huge box.

I will keep updating as fast as I can...
